2. Service Description
KEEN Connect provides multi-tenant integration pipelines linking WhatsApp (via Meta/Gupshup APIs), Telegram bots, and advertising platforms (Meta Lead Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads) with your Bitrix24 CRM portal.
3. Acceptable Use
You must comply with all third-party developer agreements, including Meta Developer Policies, WhatsApp Business Policies, and Telegram API terms. Sending spam, phishing, or unsolicited broadcast messages is strictly prohibited.
4. API Dependencies
Our platform relies on external third-party APIs. We have no control over, and make no warranties regarding, their uptime, layout updates, policy changes, or deprecation. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
5. Suspensions & Bans
KEEN Connect is not liable for blocks, bans, or number suspensions imposed by WhatsApp, Meta, or Telegram due to your utilization of broadcast features, high messaging volumes, or policy violations.
6. Data & GDPR Role
You retain ownership of all leads and communication data. You act as the Data Controller, and we act as the Data Processor. You must ensure you have lawful consent from your customers prior to routing their data.
7. Account Deletion
To permanently terminate your subscription and request complete deletion of your account and all integrated logs, please email us directly at mostafa@keenenter.com.
8. Governing Law
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. These terms are governed by local regulations, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional state courts.
