End User Agreement
Please read this EULA carefully before clicking "I Agree", downloading, or using our Application.
1. License Grant
By using the Application, you agree to be bound. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to run the Application strictly under this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to license, sell, rent, host, or commercially exploit the Application, nor modify, disassemble, decrypt, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.
3. Your Content
You may store, link, and make available certain text, graphics, or metadata. You remain fully responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of your posted Content.
4. Modifications
We reserve the absolute right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service connection with or without notice.
5. Term & Termination
This Agreement remains active until terminated. It terminates immediately upon policy violation, or when you delete all copies of the software from your system.
6. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the greatest extent possible.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to replace this Agreement. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
