At KEEN Connect, we are fully committed to GDPR compliance. We process personal data transparently, securely, and solely for facilitating third-party integrations and lead management.
WhatsApp & Telegram
We process chat messages, media payloads, phone numbers, and timestamps from WhatsApp (via Meta/Gupshup APIs) and Telegram (via Telegram Bot APIs) strictly to synchronize and display communications inside your Bitrix24 CRM channel.
Multi-Source Lead Capture
We securely ingest and sync marketing lead details (names, emails, phone numbers, form answers, and campaign IDs) from advertising platforms including Meta (Facebook Lead Ads), TikTok Lead Gen, Snapchat Lead Ads, and Google Ads to automate lead delivery.
Storage Limitation
In line with the data minimization principle, we retain webhook payload logs and message transit queues for a maximum of 90 days, after which they are permanently pruned from our active database.
Security & Tenancy
We employ strict query-level isolation between tenant databases and namespaced Redis caching. All integration tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard Laravel encryption.
Cookies & Consents
We store essential session cookies to run the platform. For non-essential tracking cookies, we obtain explicit, active opt-in consent from visitors prior to setting them.
